Fresh Blooms. Local Farm.
Our story
We began our journey in 2020 with 500 tulip and daffodil bulbs. Placing hope and faith in the ground and waiting for miracles to come. Our first spring flowers were a hit! Now we grow spring and summer flowers, offer bouquet subscriptions, make special arrangements, and collaborate with other local flower farms to offer blooms to florists for their businesses.
The funny thing about miracles is that they are all around us. Filling our daily lives with the smiles, sighs and realizations that make life whole.
Picked with care
All of our flowers are grown for their unique colors, long vase life and beauty. We grow “in the field” which means we grow our flowers in the ground with some seasonal protection from the elements but mostly out of doors.
Our spring bulbs and corms are planted in the fall for spring harvest and include tulips, daffodils, allium, ranunculus, and anemones. These flowers bloom mid April to mid June.
Our summer flowers are planted in the ground the first of April and begin blooming in July. We start about half of our summer flowers in seed trays here on the farm and order plugs of the other half from a local nursery. This season we are growing lisianthus, solidago, veronica, cosmos, snap dragon, larkspur, sunflower, zinnia, marigold, china aster, bell of Ireland, and a large number of dahlias!
We can’t wait to share with you all the flowers we are growing this year!
